Well because I have been where you may be now and also I have a reputation for being good at what I do. I took on my own personal trainer when only eighteen because I was unable to focus on the goals I set myself and I wanted to get the best advice I could on a one to one basis. I knew that I was capable of getting fitter and feeling better but I needed a mentor to answer to and to help me. By developing a relationship of trust with my personal trainer I was able to not only get fit and loose weight but I learned an important lesson about personal training along the way.
You see by setting goals with a personal trainer and working gradually toward them you are guaranteed to succeed – period.

For me personal training is all about motivating clients to work harder to obtain the success they want, need and deserve.
I wish to pass on my practical knowledge and experience in fitness and exercise to help people not only delight in but to look ahead to their next workout. I concentrate on working your body as a total unit. You will need workouts that help to reshape your body, tone and tighten your muscles, while constantly working at sufficient depth to drive yourself even further to get the success you deserve.
The great thing about personal training with me as your mentor is that it doesn’t matter what your goals are. Whether it be weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, running quicker or further, generally feeling fitter or even to de-stress I can help.
I make you this promise.
You’ll feel much better following even your initial session with me. My goal is always to drive my clients further to obtain results while at the same time constantly making training entertaining and variable to help keep you engaged and focused.
I want to learn about your goals too then I can prepare the exercises that will work best for you as an individual. The training sessions are aimed at your personal targets, not anyone else’s, however they will also be adaptable to suit your lifestyle, time limitations and, last but not least, your present state of physical health.
The question of your health is vitally important.
Too many personal trainers do not take the time to learn all there is to know regarding the health history of their client’s, this can lead to inappropriate training being prescribed and worse, damage to your body as a result. Rest assured that when we meet I will not overlook or ignore any health factors that could lead to problems in your training. As a NASM Certified Trainer I care about your well being. Other qualifications I hold include:

Premier training/NASM personal training level 3
